I came in yesterday afternoon and had a request for a bread basket to be put together for a physician meeting. Keegan was very helpful and helped me get everything put together perfectly. I checked in today with the physicians office to see how everything went and they said that it was a huge hit, and everyone was raving about how good the food was! Shout out to Keegan and the staff

Came in for lunch and found the store was busy, but in an orderly fashion. They have a great menu of staple sandwiches along with a create your own option, in which you fill out an order form and take it up to the register to place your order. Customer service was hospitable and courteous. Even though there was a line it moved quickly. I opted for a build your own cold veggie sandwhich ($11.25). The sandwich was stacked well with all of the fixings, though one of the sandwhich spreads I ordered was incorrect. It was still a very tasty sandwich, though. I chose the Dakota bread, which was very good and hearty. They have some wonderful looking and delicious sounding bread and other loaf treats. Double chocolate cherry bread along with a lemon blueberry tea loaf to name a couple. Their bread loaves start at $6 a loaf for day old breads, which there were none on the shelf when I looked, all the way to $11.50 per loaf for some of the more special flavors. Delicious bread and sandwich, but a little pricey.

Great little bread shop! Young woman at the counter welcomed us in and gave us time to browse. They had plenty of breads, teas, mugs, and all kinds of items to catch your eye. It was quaint but roomy enough. I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, my last visit was part of my boyfriend's pursuit of good bread in the valley. He ended up opting for the olive feta sourdough which he's greatly enjoyed. We also tried the pumpernickel and Dakota breads. I loved that they offered free samples with good butter. I will definitely be back!

Saw the great reviews and decided to stop by on Saturday morning. As other reviewers stated, they allow you to sample the bread which is great customer service and helped us tremendously especially being our first time. Upon researching, they have certain breads that are always there and others that they only bake on certain days. Saturday's special bread was the Tuscan Herb Sourdough so we sampled that and the pumpkin bread before landing on the Tuscan Herb Sourdough to consume for the weekend because we knew it would go great with the chili we had planned for dinner. They had rolls as an option (in addition to the loaf) which is what we went with so we could freeze half easily. Hubby is a hard grader and gave the pumpkin bread high praise. We will definitely be back and likely do a dessert bread the next time. Hubby really wants to sample the snickerdoodle bread as well. Customer service was also fantastic. Ziah had me sign up for the rewards program and they offer a 5% discount for veteran's which is a huge plus. They have a few tables as well so you can eat in store or take to go.

I go to Burn Boot Camp a few doors down and was curious to see what Great Harvest Bread Co. has to offer. After the conclusion of camp one morning, I decided to walk over there, despite still being in my workout clothes haha. The two ladies working there greeted me with a bright smile and a warm welcome into their shop, while that smell of fresh bread waltzed right up my nose upon entry. You're greeted with a cozy interior with a few tables here and there and this is a great place to sit and have a nice breakfast or lunch item. They have sandwiches, gift baskets, treats, accessories such as aprons, and numerous packaged bread items to choose from. Oh yeah, and they have coffee too!!! This was a MAJOR plus for me since I have a nice cup of coffee after every workout, though I had to pour it myself out of a coffee pot and add in the creamer, sweetener, etc etc. Even though it was past 9:00 in the morning, I ordered a Tasty Tuna sandwich to have for lunch later in the day, which came with my choice of a chocolate fudge cookie. Before I placed my order, one of the nice ladies asked me if I wanted to try a sample of one of their breads that they had up front. I chose their chocolate babka bread with butter added in, which ended up being my little post-workout snack. This bread was THE bomb. The Tasty Tuna sandwich came with lettuce, onions, and tomato on wheat bread. This was an excellent sandwich! It was so good that I really want to come back and buy another one of these. The chocolate fudge cookie was also tasty and had that amazing rich flavor to it. If they have their chocolate babka bread available packaged, I plan on buying it on my next visit because it was that good. I also want to try samples of their other bread that they have available. Great Harvest Bread Co. is another great local business in Henderson and they'll definitely be seeing my support again in the future.

I stopped in at Great Harvest Bread Co on Horizon Ridge for the very first time yesterday. To be honest, my typical food preferences lean more towards "entrees with rice" than bread (if you take a look at my eyes, you'll get it), but mannn... the Henderson location of Great Harvest Bread Co blew me away. Right when you walk in, the smell of fresh baked bread and cookies permeates the air... and right when they spotted me, one of the staffers welcomed me in with a cheerful tone and a big smile. This is something that really stood out to me. Great Harvest Bread Co might be a franchise, but this location is a family owned local business that has been in Henderson for 20+ years, and during the time I was there, about SEVEN (7) separate groups of customers came in, and the staff happily greeted most of them by name! This means these folks were all regulars at the shop, and with good reason. I rarely RARELY see customer service at this level at local businesses. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, like the song says. My favorite thing to eat from Great Harvest Bread Co has got to be the cookies... but if you like sandwiches, they have LOTS that looked really good. I tried the Little Italy, which was suuper good, with ham and provolone, with basil mayo, salt/pepper, lettuce, tomato, onion and Italian dressing to give it a kick. I wanna eat this sandwich again right now!

AGAIN, I was greeted when I took my first step in the door. Her voice was happy, her smile was awesome and she was happy to serve. I've been in the customer service industry my entire life. Unfortunately, customer service is lacking in so many companies - but not here. The bread is truly fresh. There are no preservatives, nothing frozen, just legit baking. You need to get some bread, cookies and other goodies here.

Such a cute place!! I have never been to Great Harvest before, so when we walked by and my son saw it and started raving about it we went inside!! Free cookie if you check in on Yelp! It's really cozy inside, tables to enjoy your food at and shelves with so many items that you could basically create an entire gift basket out of everything there! Super friendly girls working - they were so sweet and welcoming! We each got a sample of the bread they were offering, what a cool touch!! They have a point program too if you are a frequent buyer! Which, I am sure we will be!!

Wow, I have definitely been slacking on this one. Great Harvest has been one of my go-to places for sandwiches and delicious bread. They're located on Horizon Ridge Pkwy (Green Valley) at the end of a strip mall. The restaurant/bakery is small and seats maybe 25 people but I always get a seat even at lunch when it's busier. They have different breads each day of the week in addition to their standard varieties. My favorites are the honey wheat and pumpernickel. Their cookies and other sweet pastries are also great and I love the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. For sandwiches you can choose one of their signature sandwiches or build your own (this is what I normally do) and there is an option to do a combo with a drink and a cookie or chips. Service is really friendly, the restaurant is clean, and there is also a rewards program. If you haven't had a chance to eat here or pick up one of their baked goodies, I highly recommend doing so!

I have been here many times before and I'm finally writing my review for it! It is so scrumptious every time. I have come before and had sandwiches for lunch that were excellent such as the BLT & Turkey Pesto. Today I had time between errands and thought I would stop in for breakfast. I was immediately assisted by the employee. I asked if they had breakfast sandwiches and she described the one they had and helped me modify for my childish taste. It was honey wheat bread with egg and cheese and then your choice of meat and veggies. Then I saw the cinnamon rolls and WOW. I was then told that I could have one from the day before for $2 and was sold. It was awesome and I think if I had taken it home and warmed it up it would have been incredible. The store is nice and simple and had fun music playing and I was able to relax while eating my yums. I would definitely come by again for breakfast or lunch. Great spot and excellent at helping modify all sandwiches to fit your wishes.
